Windsor Benefit Plans Inc. is excited to announce a partnership with Rachelle Booth and Thrive Benefits Group. This strategic partnership between both firms has been established to provide your company with in depth experience and knowledge in the areas of employee benefits and pension plans. Our commitment is to provide you, your HR Department and your employees with the highest level of customer service!
We thought it would be a great idea for our clients and friends to get to know Rachelle a little better and what better way to do that than to ask her a few questions about herself!

Rachelle grew up and went to school in Windsor, Ontario. She attended the University of Windsor and obtained a B.Comm with honours. She also obtained her GBA (Group Benefits Associate) from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Rachelle worked for one of the largest benefit insurance carriers in Canada for 6 years. As the associate regional manager for employee benefits in the local area, she led a team and at any given time managed 600-800 group benefit policies!

What’s Thrive Benefits all about?

She wanted to start a company that would be a partner with our clients in group benefit plan management and would consistently provide the highest level of service. Thrive Benefits is committed to looking out for their clients best interests and ensuring their plan is performing as expected and aligns with the goals set out for their business.
Anything else we should know?
Rachelle is very family-oriented and is the mother of two beautiful children. She is also a big promoter of wellness and is very active in various sports activities.
